Overseas orders are paid in full upfront. We use PayPal on purpose — it means you're covered if anything ever goes wrong. No transfers to personal accounts.

Add stitching time on top of shipping
Simple suits take 10–14 days to stitch. Hand embroidery and heavy work take 18–25 days. That clock starts once payment clears and your measurements are with us — not from the day you first message.
Ordering for a wedding? Message us at least 8 weeks before the date. We'll tell you honestly if it can't be done in time rather than take the order and let you down.
Customs & duty — no surprise bills
This is the part most Indian sites leave out. Here it is plainly, so nothing lands at your door as a shock.
Canada
GST/HST is usually collected by the courier on delivery, plus a small handling fee. We declare the correct value — we won't under-declare, because that puts your parcel at risk of seizure.
United Kingdom
VAT applies on most parcels. Duty is generally only charged above £135. The courier collects it before delivery.
United States
Most personal orders under US$ 800 clear without duty under the de minimis rule. Larger orders may attract a charge.
Everywhere else
Duty and taxes are set by your country, collected by the courier, and are the buyer's responsibility. Ask us and we'll tell you what previous customers there actually paid.
Rules change. Please treat this as a guide and check your own country's current threshold — we're happy to look it up with you on WhatsApp.

This is the single most common reason people hesitate. So we've removed the guesswork.
Three ways to give measurements
1. Measure a suit that already fits you. This works better than measuring your body. Lay it flat, follow our guide, send the numbers.
2. Free video call. Book a 10-minute WhatsApp video call and we'll measure with you, step by step.
3. Photograph an old suit with a measuring tape. We'll read the numbers off it for you.
If the fit is wrong because of our error, we remake the suit at our cost or refund you in full. If the measurements you sent were off, we'll alter what can be altered and only charge for the alteration.
