You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery in the following cases only:
- Size Issue β If the product does not fit, you may exchange it for another available size.
- Defective / Damaged Product β If you receive a defective item, an unboxing (courier opening) video is mandatory for verification.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the required size/product is not available, store credit may be provided.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery in specific cases only:
- You received the wrong product (different from what was ordered).
- The product is defective/damaged (with courier opening video proof).
- The product has a major quality issue not matching the description.
β Returns are not accepted in the following cases:
- If the product has been used, washed, or altered.
- If the tags/packaging are missing or damaged.

- For products purchased on discount or during special sales (final sale items).
π International Orders
- Return & Exchange is available for customers outside India.
- However, all shipping charges (to and fro) must be borne by the customer.

- Share your order details, reason, and unboxing video (if applicable).
- Once approved, the product must be shipped back in its original condition with tags & packaging.
- After inspection, your exchange/return/store credit will be processed.
